Noah had his last session of Mr. Singer's music class before letting out for the summer. He's going to miss jammin with his buddies every week!
Holy Hannah. We completely skipped spring and it is Hot HOt HOT! We hit Millenium Park on Saturday and it was packed.
Typical mom..."Noah, don't do that!"
And off he goes.
Seriously, it was hot.
Today I took the kiddos to the aquarium (the bldg. in the picture off to the left) since we have a year pass. It's great having a pass because we can stay for an hour and call it good and head home without feeling like we need to stay all day and get our money's worth.
What was I thinking though?! We left at 5:00 this evening, and I'd say it's about five miles from our place. Well, it took me over an hour to get home since I left right in the heat of rush hour traffic. My car said it was 102 degree outside and I was hot, stinky, and starving, from being downtown in the heat all day so I was happy to get home. What a great view of the city though, huh? I really do love this city. The weather here just totally blows.
