Visit with Santa

We've hit the huge Macy's here last year and now this year on the first evening Santa has arrived and all of their Christmas stuff is setup. It's a little early in the season, I know, but let me tell you... it is the best time to go! There was no line, Santa took his time with Noah, and they let me take my own pictures without having to pay $20 for their lame single photo. Can you guess what Noah told Santa he wanted? A big guitar like Mr. Singer's. I guess his isn't cool enough anymore.

Today we went and bought our Christmas tree and will be doing some decorating tonight! I figured since I'm leaving with Noah on Saturday to UT for Thanksgiving for over two weeks, I want it to be all setup when we get home.

This will be our first year by ourselves on Christmas since baby is scheduled to make his debut on Dec. 28th, so I want it to be special for Noah. Time to come up with our own little family traditions! I'm actually kind of looking forward to spending Christmas in Chicago. There will be so much going on in the city with all kinds of holiday festivities, and the city will be decorated to the nines!

Music Class

We've hosted Mr. Singer's music class at our place the last 8 weeks. Noah is in hog heaven every Tuesday when he comes over. He is obsessed with Mr. Singer and tries to mimic his every move on the guitar.
(The picture quality is really bad, but you get the idea...)
