Hilarious Torture

I found that Halloween Day is the best day to buy a costume for a 5 month old baby that doesn't even care about the holiday. I got this penguin costume for 1/2 off today, and it looks so darn funny on Noah.

The Fam

Here are a few pics of the fam from the weekend at cousin Brittany Pedersen's wedding reception. We had a fun time visiting with family at the reception as well as Kandace's baby shower. We are so excited for her and Kyle, and for their expectant twin girls!! How fun...and crazy it will be!! :)

Birthday fun

Last Saturday Grant and I went to dinner at Sundance to celebrate my birthday... it was so beautiful with all of the leaves still changing colors. And he gave me these beautiful earrings to match the necklace he got for me in May. Every kiss does begin with Kay. :)
Then last night some of my fam came over for cake and ice cream.
And Noah turned 5 months on Monday!

Today I am off to use my spa gift certificate, while my sis Camille babysits for me... I can HARDLY wait!!! Thanks for all of the birthday fun everyone!! :)

Vegas Baby

We are finally home from Vegas! I got the nasty flu while we were there....that was no fun at all. I pretty much layed around all day Friday after throwing up all morning. I think if I were ever like that while I was pregnant, I may not want anymore children. Throwing up is the worst thing ever!

We were able to visit some of my best friends while we were there, and see Amanda's beautiful brand new baby. We also got to celebrate my grandpa's 79th birthday at Uncle Larry's house. My great grandma also flew down from Salt Lake for the weekend, so it was fun seeing some family while we were there as well.

It went from 92 degrees down to about 55 over the weekend. It got really cold! I am so glad to be home, and to be feeling better!

By the way...so my friend Jodi thinks Noah looks like the guy from the Apple commercials....you know, the guy who says he's the PC? That made me laugh really hard; so I guess we have a nerdy looking baby? I think it's his big round head, kind of like mine. ;)

Normal?

Noah has been sleeping from 10 p.m.-8 a.m. lately. Is this normal for a 4 and a 1/2 month old baby? On Sunday he slept until 7 a.m., I quickly fed him, then he fell right back to sleep...Grant and I had to wake him up at 9:30 a.m.!!! Grant says maybe we have a lazy baby.....who cares...I am loving his new sleeping patterns!!!! :)

So busy

Last Weds-Sunday was the 3form sales conference that I have been planning for the last 6 months. The conference was in Park City, where it was so beautiful with all of the changing leaves. Saturday we took one of the groups to the Solomon center in Ogden, where Grant did some indoor surfing and skydiving; it is so hilarious to watch. I am so glad the conference is over! Now off to Vegas this weekend!
