Grant.Briauna.Noah.Davis.Claire

Noah broke his arm a few weeks ago while we were at a park in Miami.  It was a CRAZY day!  On our way down there, Davis got car sick and puked all over while we were in stop and go traffic over the causeway.  When we finally were able to pull over to clean up that mess, we discovered Claire had a blow out all over her clothes.  So, the first thing we did when we actually got to south beach, was get Davis and Claire a new outfit.  It was ridiculous.  So after this, we went to a park, and Noah fell off some thing he was climbing on and hurt his arm.  We didn't think it was broken really until the next day when he still didn't want to use that arm.  I'm glad Grant ended up taking him to urgent care.  He has to be in a cast for 6 weeks, and I'm just glad it will be off before summer when he'll want to swim every day!  He chose green so he could have a Hulk arm.

 

We went to this awesome place a couple weeks ago called Lion Country Safari and ended up getting yearly passes.  It was so neat!  The first part, you drive through like an actual African safari where a bunch of different animals are just roaming and come pretty close to the car.  We saw a bunch of zebras, ostrich, mom and newborn rhino, giraffe, water buffalos, wildabeasts, and lots of lions!  It was really cool.

 Noah was really excited for his spring parade at school.  I finally convinced him to wear his bowtie that grandma got him for Christmas.  He thought because it has the word "bow" in it, they are for girls.  He is pretty cute!

 On Noah's spring break, I took the kids to a local park that has a carousel   It was so packed, but fun to get out before it gets too hot!

 This was another visit to south beach.  We finally tried out Shake Shack, and the burgers are really good!  Not super impressed with the shakes, but we really liked the burgers.  Grant's pretty excited because there is one opening here in Boca in just a couple weeks.

 Always windy by the beach, but so pretty!

 Another thing we did during spring break was a nature center with lots of trails, baby sea turtles, and tanks with fish, baby sharks, sting rays, etc.  I'm finding that there's actually some kid friendly stuff to do around Boca Raton after all.  :)
