During the week of the Montana trip, I left Grant with the kids for a couple days to meet up with my girlfriends in San Francisco. We hadn't seen each other in so long, and it was so much fun, but much too short of a trip! We planned the trip to go to the Justin Timberlake/Jay Z concert at Candlestick park, and it was such a good time! Friday before the concert we rented go carts and drove all over the city. It was so fun, hilarious, and FREEZING! I knew San Francisco was going to be chilly, but wow, I think the heat and humidity in Florida made me a super wimp. I was not prepared with my winter coat! We all ended up having to buy scarves for the JT/JZ concert to keep a little warmer.
I hadn't been back to the city in so long and it made me miss California! It was so fun seeing so many of the places that we went to when I was growing up. Such a fun girls trip. I have the funniest, best friends ever!
