Zoo

I'm pretty sure I blogged about the fabulous zoo we have about a year ago exactly, right after we moved here. But seriously, the Lincoln Park zoo is so.darn.awesome.!!! We hit up the zoo on Labor day and had a lot of fun. I love this zoo so much because: 1. It's free 2. I don't feel guilty if Noah only lasts for 20 minutes there because it's free 3. It has a train and carousel for $2.50 4. We can come and go as we please since it's about a mile away 5. They have great animals 6. It's open every day of the year! and 7. Did I mention it is free?! Noah was a little unsure of the carousel at first, so we switched animals a few times until I finally hopped on with him and he clung to me for dear life. I thought for sure I was going to break the baby seal we ended up riding on together.
Noah went round after round on the train and loved every second of it. You can't tell by his emotionless expression on his face, but he definitley did not want to get off.

I love, love our ward. Sadly it just split last week, but we will still do playgroup together. What did we do for playgroup today? We hit up the zoo on this perfect fall day. I love these pictures of Noah and some of the boys. The funny thing is about these pictures... Noah is a whole year younger than these boys... he just looks the same age because his height. When we get together he says, "Wow! Friends!" So cute.

Good company, perfect weather....

I love Chicago and fall!!

He is adorable, Briauna. And I love that he has all these little boy buddies his age (well, close enough...). And I'm jealous of your free zoo. And I'm jealous of how cute you are. And I love you!

Okay, I'm officially jealous. A free zoo only a mile from your house! Man, that would be amazing.
